I'm so sorry about your wrist, that must have bloody hurt! - not to mention being frustrating. :(
Makes you appreciate it when you get better though. I did something to my knee awhile back (Oh, the joys of the early 50's), and limping around for a week gave me a lot more compassion for the very old and lame, who I usually zoomed past without even *seeing*.
I hope you can soon 'cast off'! :)
Thanks, Barbara! It's been interesting, to say the least. The only silver lining is that I've mastered a laundry-folding technique using my one hand and chin.
I hope your knee is as good as new! Your attitude is way better than mine. I've been cranky with everyone, young and old alike!
Cheers from across the pond. (-:
Oh, I sympathise ..... I got RSI in my right hand six years ago, and I couldn't do *anything* with that hand for a month and had to go off sick from my job; it was scary, you realise for just how many things we need both hands. I couldn't open a door with it, or even flick a light switch. It sounded funny at first, but the joke quickly wore off, and I was nearly weeping sometimes.
